How about we start a Breakfast Club thread. There's several of us that get up pretty early and check the new posts. Posts here don't need to be motorcycle related, just a good morning, something about the weather and maybe a mention of wants on your days agenda.

Good morning y'all. Some of you might be the beginning of the weekend, for me being retired, ever day is a Saturday. It's currently 39 going to mid 60s and cloudy. We're having some really low temperatures next week, upper teens is cold around here. Today I'm getting the generator out and fire it up. It's been a while since I've run it and it power goes out due to temperatures I want to be ready. I'm sure my wife has a mental list of things for me to do, so who knows what the rest of day will bring.

Mornin all. Mid 20's here. Haven't had much in the way of snow lately, there is a dusting on the ground but that is it.

Wanted to stop by work and make sure everything is headed in the right direction but will be back home soon. I have to spend a little time doing some aquarium maintenance then I am hoping to MAYBE get out to the garage for a short wrenchin session. I have a new build to start - it would literally be day one of the project. We will see, it is mid 20's.

I got out of the aquarium business when I moved back to Texas from California. Never bothered to set another up and end up wasting more money every time I went to the fish store.
I understand. The owner of my fish store is brutal. “I’ll tell ya what…if ya get two I’ll given to ya for $100.00”. He always seems to know exactly how much cash is in my wallet.

Spikey has some serious back legs on him. He is gonna be a big boy when he grows up.

Les if you look for one of the small water pumps they put in table top fountains that should be all you need to move the water enough that it won't freeze. Just point it up and there will always be an open patch. Way more efficient than trying to heat the water. I keep my koi pond open that way and it can get 12" of ice some winters.

No, no, the right one is better. If you are left handed like me you think with the right side of your mind.

OK, I'll crawl back into my hole.
Back in college we studied left/right brain function & eventually were tested ourselves. I scored a perfect 50/50 split & for a short time they thought I must have cheated. Made me retake the test - scored 49/51.
