Wanted to bump this. Even if you're not in Texas maybe sent info to a friend. It should be a nice one day event.
I appreciate the invitation, Les, but to date my RTE trips take 1-1 1/4 hr max. So I gotta say a ride to TX ain’t in my butt’s future. Matter of fact, I do plan on a trip TNR down your way this fall. Maybe we can work out a meet then. But for now, thanks for the thought. 😎@GWdan, have you thought about coming? It would be a long day, but doable. Looks like @AlanRides, @CarGuy, @ironbuttbill and myself are going with about 15 others are going. It's basically a Ride to Eat.
I hope this gets to you in time. I'm not sure how much more info you need, but he is certainly welcome. I doubt @lesblank has any issues with that. The sign up wasn't mandatory, just a way to get an idea of who's going. The only "details" are in post #1. We're all planning on around noon. There's 4 of us that'll be passing through Marble Falls around 9:30 or so, but without knowing if he/you'll get this message I really can't suggest a meetup spot where he can ride with us, but if he keeps an eye out for 4 ugly riders around that time it'll be us. He can fall in behind us. My bike and Les's are probably the most noticable. Mine is a Nomad black/white and Les's is bright orange (?) trike. Then again, @ironbuttbill will have a beer keg mounted on his luggage rack. Hope he makes it, and hope this helps.@lesblank or anyone attending.
There is someone on the Versys site wanting to attend this. He's in Marble Falls. Looking for more details. When he first responded a couple of weeks ago, I thought all the details were in the original post. I just re-read and realized there is a "sign up". Sorry, I should have relayed this earlier.
If anyone has any info I can relay it would be appreciated. Unfortunately I'm only going to be online for the next few hours. If it's later than that maybe you can join the Versys site long enough to relay info.

where at the lake? there are several parks around the lake
We waited at the Bluebonnet Cafe for about 10 minutes, but started heading out at 9:30. He never showed up. Too bad we missed him. As for me, I didn't know where at the lake either, but the guy in front of me did a great job getting me there.I don't know if the Texas Versys guy made it, but this was his last post on the Versys site:
