I know the owner of A&R from another site and he is a solid guy. He is a Texan who pulled up stakes and moved to Tennessee a few years back. He runs a really good Texas BBQ food truck in and around Maryville and the Tail of the Dragon area. He does move around a bit to do events or promotions through out the area but can usually be found somewhere near the Dragon during the riding season. Every now and then Ryan texts me pics of a big brisket in the smoker. It is literally food porn. I will try and dig up some pics of him fabricating the giant smoker he uses to do that volume of food.

I was reading on his Facebook page he took orders for smoked Christmas hams. Those would be killer as well.
