Been needing to find a better spot for my second camera. I mount it in the exact spot I had it on two previous bikes.

I went for a short ride and will post video results in a bit.

Also mounted cup holder in a convenient place that reachable. Yes, that cup holder has now been on three bikes and on one that I flipped multiple times, still works.

Looks good Les. Thinking out loud - what happens if you put it behind the windscreen? How does that affect the sound? Does that make it more or less susceptible to bugs and debris on the lens?

I have mine behind the windshield. The windshield flexes a lot more than you might realize which is visable in the video. This causes the video to be a little blurry, jumpy and distorted. I posted a few videos from it and always apologize for the quality. But the reason I have mine there is to keep not just the bugs and debris off the lens, but to keep the lens from getting chipped by pebbles and such. I also have a rear camera and that image is clear as a bell. Personally I'm not too concerned in my case because I treat the camera as my "attorney" in case something happens. It's always clear enough for plate numbers and more. My wife knows that if I go down and get hurt, grab the camera!

I have used the same cup holder on three different bikes.

The thermos I use has a closable lid so stuff doesn't leak out. It's somewhat expensive but works extremely well keeping stuff hot or cold. The heat in summer really warms up liquids quick, so this thermos is great. I'm still using 5 years later.

On the Freewheeler I didn't like the holder on the bars, so I took off the clam shell:

And used the windshield bracket bolt to attach using a different nut. So far it's worked great.

That thermos is the best. I have had the same one for 10 years. Have 2 others now for the last 6 years. Just be careful if you put anything really hot in it. When you go to open it since it seals so well it will pop open very fast and liquid may fly out….Also if you live near a Publix these thermos are much cheaper.
this looks like the new version
