Often you come across a cool picture, might be one you took. Here's a place to post them.

I've got rolling hills across my horizon, looked out this evening and the sunset was beautiful.

Damn if I can remember where this was, but this was on my trip to the west coast earlier this year. You can see the downpour behind us. That thing chased us for miles and eventually caught up to us. Maybe someone recognizes this bridge?

I recognized it immediately, it's the Roosevelt Dam Bridge in Arizona. Taken that loop many times Oddly enough i have not taken the loop with this bike, but did several times on the last two bikes.

Had lunch in Superior AZ with a group ride, pretty large group, nice outdoor restaurant where we could see our bikes i recall. Nice food.

I take the route rt87 to rt188 around past the Bridge / Dam to Globe, Superior, than take 60 all the way to within 3 miles of home. Fantastic ride, great scenery. Parts of it test your fear of heights...

Here's an unedited video of one of the trips, the nicest video of the "meetup" trip are being uploaded to Youtube now and i will add them later.

One of my favorite sunrise pics. I was traveling to McCook, NE, for a RTE. I grabbed a motel for a few hours in Liberal, KS, to catch a few zz’s before heading out early. The night before I was dancing with a line of storms and had thought I had gotten ahead of them. The next morning it was raining as I was getting ready then stopped as I pulled out. This pic is the trailing edge of that storm against the Kansas sunrise. Yes that is water in the foreground as there was a pond where I stopped.

It's Thursday, and this is a throwback picture, so it must be Throwback Thursday!
This was taken Christmas 1975. My wife and I just moved to Texas and we were staying with my brother until I could find a job. She actually bought this KZ400 for me for Christmas. That's me, my wife and our first dog, Kekoa.

That was Lone Star, my brother's choice at the time. Figures you'd pick that out.
Ahhh, blast from the past. Lone Star longnecks....my go to beer from early to mid 70's, and in those days that included a lot of "going to", if you get my drift. Good times, I think.....

And, BTW, love that bike..

Love the way bikers get front door, protected parking at most retail establishments. This was from today.
I wish more places would set aside m/c parking. There's not much here in San Marcos and we're a college town with a fair number of students that ride 2 wheels. Oddly, my dog's vet has a spot marked for m/c's only. I guess that's for dogs that are trained to ride on their owners shoulders!
